My friend, Anne, has a Cornish Piskie called Henry. I met him in 2017 when we were in England. An interesting character, full of jokes and some mystery. He was tiny, but had a big personality. He was usually with Anne, but when we did chat, he told me all about the wonderful statues and pictures of dragons in the places they’d visited. Henry was also famous, or rather Cornish Piskies are! So many tales about what they did. A piskie after my own heart, one who also loves dragons. Now,who doesn’t like dragons?

My other friends are mainly humans!
But I do have other animal friends.
My friends are mainly humans, but there are other animals who have become my best friends. Like Jeannie from Will’s Hamlet.
I’d never seen a dog before, but Jeannie kept me company when I first arrived in Wills Hamlet. That’s where I met the Taylors. Her quiet trusting company calmed me down at a time when I was lonely and sometimes afraid. I knew the men were after me but with Jeannie there, I wasn’t alone. I like dogs.
The Red Dragon of Wales
The Red Dragon of Wales. A dragon! So grand, so famous and ancient, though he doesn’t look old.
He told me about his beautiful country, from the grasslands to the National Park and the many castles. Some castles even flew flags with his image on it. Imagine that! Now in my position, I am happy to be unknown. Much safer. But The Red Dragon of Wales deserves the people’s praise. Over time he has been seen on castles, coats of arms and other places. So famous and well known. A national flag with a dragon on it; much better than a soup tureen with a rooster on top!
